    2011 -

In 2011, we built our own spice grinding mill. As we encountered many problems with the quality of the already ground spices, we decided to import only spices in their natural form (whole plant or leaves) and grind them ourselves. We set up a very modern grinding plant that uses liquid nitrogen to lower the temperature of the spices to -80 C before grinding. With this procedure, we retain most of the volatile oils in the ground spices.

    2005 -

Also in 2005, we opened our branch in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. It was a natural step to take in a neighbouring country where the official language is the same as ours. It was important because we were able to access a completely new range of tastes, which helped us to develop new products for the entire former USSR market. The things we learned from this experience formed the basis for our further development.
