In 2011 we built our own mill to grind spices. As we had many problems with the quality of the already grounded spices, we have decided to import only spices in their natural form (whole or leaves) and to grind them ourselves. We have installed a very modern grinding installation that is using LNO to reduce the temperature of the spices to -80 C before grinding. With this procedure we are keeping most of the volatile oils inside the grounded spice.
